make your own favicon

the "favicon" was invented by microsoft in Internet Explorer version 5. Basically, when you bookmark a site, you can have your icon appear in the favorites list, instead of the default "E document" image. You can try it now - if you bookmark this site, you should see the easypeasy lemon appear next to your bookmark.

After a moment or two you should see an icon editor open up on your screen. If you save the icon you create with this in the top level of your website as "favicon.ico" then visitors that bookmark your site will see your logo in their list of favourites.
